    Future Klunker Project

Very classic! I like how smooth the dropout/rear stay joints are. It flows very well. Can't wait to see this beast get built up!

    New Guy, new SPACELINER

Beautiful! It is going to clean up really well. I don't think finding a headlight lens should be too much of a problem, but finding a nice taillight unit (if it had the taillight and not just reflectors) might be tough. I think they rotted out pretty frequently because the louvers in the rack...

    calling all Xperts

I am no expert, but this would be $.02: I don't think it is CCM/Canadian. It's not lugged, has a one piece crank (as opposed to the three piece cottered setup most foreign bikes have) I think 20's is probably the right vintage... though I guess 30's isn't out of place either... I would guess...

Repeat Visit To A Barn Score

Nice haul! I love those old Sunshine cruisers. It's very Shelby-ish! If only they were around in the U.S. At least, the downtube and front toptube welds look strong and well done. I think with some good hand filing you could clean those off like nothing ever happened. As for the rear...

Late 30's Wards Hawthorne Silver King

That. Is. BEAUTIFUL. Pm sent about handlebars.

What is the Strangest Thing You Ever Found In a Bottom Bra-

Nothing unnatural for me in the bb yet. One time I was trying to get some handlebars separated from a stem... got the stem to let go of the center bulge of the bar after much trouble, cut the grip off to free the bars all the way, and some old wet cigarettes came out. They landed with a plop on...

    Western Flyer ??

The bb (bottom bracket) would be the cylindrical piece of the frame where the crank is mounted

    Huffy Dragster III 3 Speed

That's a classy little muscle bike. I like the black and white color combo. I think it should be kept as is, just cleaned up and it should probably be given some new shoes

    Western Flyer

It's a beaut! Compound + wax + new fat tires would make this gem gleam.

Anybody know what this is from??

Those are some fine forks. They might be worth posting on a vintage moped/motorbike site, I bet someone could ID them pretty fast. As far as I know, they never came on bicycles, originally but they sure do look great on them now

    What is it?

This is a bit off topic, and I apologize. I don't *think* Raleigh ever made bikes for the Sears name. As Cameron said, Puch did; any foreign looking Sears bikes are probably Puch made. (Unrelated factoid, I believe Puch also made mopeds). Cameron is also right on this bike being a Columbia.

    Weird Raleigh fork

Cman and scrumblero make good points. Still, I'm having major deja vu. I feel like I remember a post before about a Raleigh fork just like this. It might have been a post by Wildcat..? I don't know, but it might be worth asking him. I wish I could remember for sure...

I picked up this Firestone this morning.

There may or may not be some how-to threads on cleaning up paint, it would be worth searching around for. I am certain that if you ask around you will get plenty of input. I have had good luck cleaning everything bike related with "Simple Green" solution.

I picked up this Firestone this morning.

I hope you keep the paint- I love the colors, and the thing is spotless! My guess would be that the chainguard, handlebars, seat, and sissy are non stock. I think they are about the right age for the bike, though... In any case it is super cool!

    Schwinn Project!

That's mighty nice 8) What paint did you use (I am assuming it was rattle can...) ? I love the colors!

The Huffman Build you don't want to miss(Bike Show #2!!!)

Re: The Huffman Build you don't want to miss(Best Day Ever 1-22) A lot of rear steering Colson tandems actually had a skip tooth cog beneath the bearing race... the set of handlebars for the rider in the back had a functional steer tube setup with another cog, and a connector chain made for...

    5 bar and AMF frames

That 5 bar is most definitely among the coolest period frames  ...And a chrome 26" AMF frame? Can't argue with that either. It's a slick looking rig. They should both make nice projects...

    PreWar what is it?

The dropouts look a bit Shelby-ish to me. I *think* the lugged bb joints are also a Shelby thing... and the bottom bracket cups look like those from the Shelby bikes I've had. (Shelby did seem to use their own / different BB cups... not that they don't take the same bearing sizes, I don't know...

    wanna be klunker...

Cool fillet work at the top tube / seat tube joint. I'm pretty sure it's a Huffman.

    Rusty Derby

I think that's an Evans product (I believe that brand overtook the Colson name sometime after Evans wheel goods bought out the Colson bike division...) but I could be wrong on that.
