Some good pictures of the seat clamp area, rear dropouts, rear stay brace, lower stay brace, bb, and head tube would probably get you a 100% ID.

As far as I know, these were only found on old Schwinn exercise bikes as you say. I haven't seen any in other places yet.

What part exactly is it that is stuck? If it is the lock nut on the non drive side, a long handled adjustable wrench and some force has never failed me. I hold the crank in place with my foot or leg and give the cone all I have - again, hasn't failed me yet. You might want to wear some gloves...

Why do some of the "lower" end cogs on freewheels have 1" / skiptooth pitch instead of 1/2"? Did it help shift? This is something that has bugged me for a while. I haven't asked because I wasn't sure if these actually existed. I thought I was losing my mind, just seeing skiptooth everywhere...
