I'll start us off with my Grant's department store bike. It was found in a scrap pile by a friend and I've revived it with a nexus 3 and parts from six or seven different bikes. I have had it for almost three years and am coming up on 1200 miles on this. It's ugly enough that a cheap lock works...

Way back in january I combined this 1938 chevy truck tail light with this $5 bin mystery rack, I intended for it to go on my other bike but it didn't match well so I put it away until now.

I'd agree with this being a great time for projects, but also I don't think I could source parts right now, my tire supplier is in a locked down area, all swap meets near me are cancelled and all my usual bike stores and antique stores are shuttered.

I'd say it's 90% done. over the next few days I'm going to change the pedals, shorten the fender brace extenders and maybe add a rack.

with some rigging the chain guard became mountable, also I've trimmed the junk fender set into one rear fender. I'm really not a fan of the maroon or baby blue on the rear fender brace so I'm going to strip it off and do a white patina like the front brace. I'm going to need to make extenders...

Yeah I was thinking about that. this one is spray painted silver and I think i'll torch it to see how that looks.

I think that one comes to a sharper point than mine and if you look at the hole for the cranks that one is even on both sides while mine is not.

All I know about it is that it was found under a house along with a teardrop pedal. It's going onto my march build off bike but I'd like to know what it came from.
