    The fork was twisted pretty bad & still had the stem jammed inside so I decided to do some surgery.

    It's so hard to do something different these days. It seems like It's all been done before so just trying to keep it as ''craspy'' as possible yet still functional. Traditional rat a bit steam punk maybe?

    Everything else on the bike came off very easy as rusty as she was. the neck wouldn't budge even after heating it unfortunately I ended up cutting it

    Picked up an awesome seat for 25$ at a flea market. (perfect patina)

    The bearing cage rusted it self to the raceway. The raceway rusted it self to the frame . thanks a lot h20. wd & heat
