I don't think I'll run fenders. If wouldn't have the look I want on the front and there is only 1/8" between the rear tire and the lower brake caliper. It's not done I don't think. I'm always fabbing new parts that I think are cool and they could show up on this bike before the allotted time...

They are Micargi frames. They can be ordered or purchased on ebay. Just check your intranets. First thing to do is put a 3 speed on it. Night and day difference as you can't use your body weight to pedal now.
