    I'm a Big fan of Worksman, look at the big frame bike . It has the straight top tube and are made for big people. The chain on the older ones were not normal size , so check chain size,if larger than normal , you'll need to change both sprockets and chain. Also convers.with ind-chuckz he seems...

    Yes. Gloss Rust-Oleum enamel. The lacquer is Rust-Oleum also. I like the gloss better in lacquer.

    Actually, you can. in the spray can form I do it to all my shiny bikes. The trick is to have Patience let the Enamel dry for like a week, then mist on the first coat of Lacquer. Let it dry a couple of days, then First full coat...Not too thick ...light..wait 2 more days the apply a nice coat, 2...

    You might want to look into these then. You will have to measure diameter, but I do believe they will fit. At Home depot They remind me of these Or look into Water heater pans at home depot. The larger ones are flat and shiney:cool2:

    shaving side wall texture?

    I did it on a big knobby 24x3, with my angle grinder. I didn't want to take my project back apart Again, to widen the frame.I shaved off the outer knobs. I had to do it outside. The smell of burnt rubber can be a bit choking

    anyone made a springer fork?

    Here is One I made.....used parts of a 20" bent lowrider springer, 2 hub axles [1 front 1 rear] a 4" MTB shock [ 6" is too long] and a measured piece of plate metal bent into a square U. I'm not finished with the bike yet, But I'm really like 'in it. The wheels are 24" Worksman rims w/ thick bricks
