Heres mine The first few frames i built Engine/or bicycle i did full scale drawing then transfer critical points on to board jig. You can't see the back of the ply wood (birch wood) but there are 4'' "I" beam struts to keep it flat. Hope this helps. ask any questions you want.
Its a braced type of fork on the red one and yellow there is a nut at the top you can tighten for fork tension. The orange bikes forks are made to replicate a race fork that would of had some travel mine are solid. The steer tube and lower blades are from schwinn springer the rest is machined...

I sent two seat pans to a guy who covers them with leather, he can even age them if you want. The seat on bike now is to small.
