Huffy Cheater Slick - Class 1

Here's a picture of my 73 Comet I restored back in 2000, original paint with an 85 Mustang GT 302 (last year for the carburetor 5.0) built to about 420 hp with a four speed auto tranney. I know guys with the 60's Comet's pretty much hated them but it was a father/son project. That bad boy would...

1969 Huffy Cheater Slick ALL original

If you do pick it up I would be interested in the rear slick and chain guard if you part it out.

1967 Schwinn Fastback (Class 1): Completed

I've been told that they somehow heat pressed them into the pan when they assembled the seats, not sure if that's true or not but it might explain how the folds are so flat and tight if they did have a heat form shaped like the banana seats?

I don't have any squeezer covers, I'll have to check on the chrome crown and let you know but I'm thinking probably not.

    "Dragst-Her" (Class 1)

I do understand the "it's only original once" thought but I think it would be cool if the black out area is painted the same color as the bike. Besides it would look cool and be unique for your daughter to set her bike apart that much more.

Sport Mag installations Instructions.... Don't touch that flange!

I've been thinking about buying one also and downsizing a copy of it for a 16" front wheel to match one for the rear.

Top Fueler Drag Forks ..... SOLD OUT!!

Complete respect to you Jaxon, your integrity and craftsmanship are to be admired. It really does suck that this happened, if you do have to re-do the project at least you have the top plate and can cut the threaded tube off the bottom plate and still use them.

    Mystery XKE tire!

I'm with Crash on this one, I would find a build just to put those on . . . . you know Jaxon I have a seat I was holding on to for a special build so that whenever I find the right frame Hmmmmm :39:

    Solid stack paint fade question

I had that same dilemma when I was building my grandsons bike, I wanted it to look as if it was a rare original Huffy. My conclusion came down to the custom decal I put on his, I felt like the white decal would wash out with the silver paint and a black or different color wouldn't show up as...
