That's a great idea, keep it bare. Rub it down with some steel wool to give it that Stainless steel effect and clear over it to protect it. Apollo frames are great canvas to work with, should be cool!

Finally got a little time to clean this up. It's a 1969 Columbia PlayBike and very original down from what I can tell. Rides well, has a bendix redline rear hub, and a nice glitter style seat.
