Posted this on the cabe but not really their thing. I can not figure out how to remove the old seat frame on this seat post. I would say it's not possible but what was left of the seat was a Viscount 2123 which was not the original seat so someone did it.

Yes there are 36 hole blue bands. And they are real hard to find!!

I used Chrometech a few years back and was very happy with the results. That wrap looks like the model airplane stuff which is too thick to do anything other than gentle curves but will be interested to see what you find out.

Not scared just don't like the ad's. Pics are on the cabe if you want to see it. It's a rust bucket but still kind of cool.

Just picked this one up in a combo deal. Doing some research and don't find any pics of one with a Goodyear badge. I know Schwinns got special headbadges denoting who sold them, maybe the same with Columbia's. Schwinns are my thing and got enough projects so probably will just move this one...
