Messed around a bit this weekend, tearing down my $10 E-bike, I had this plastic body panel,I seen a front nose piece. Then the seat I picked up had this housepaint splattered on it,tried various methods of cleaning it,nothing worked so whats an aerosol fan to do,satin black and clearcoat, and...

I couldn't see my self building that and riding it, I would be afraid of turning it into flapjack!!!

Well since my decision to go with a 26" rear wheel, I think it will sit a little better as far as pedal clearance, I still have to lay the seat post pack and braze it in place,so this pic with the seat in place is just a guestimate,it will be raised a little bit still. The good news is my fork...

Not much FORWARD progress but i did a second attempt on welding my fork, the problem is I have to grind the weld down to get the bearing race low enough, so it wasn't working, So I JB welded the snot out of it, will test it out soon, and I also made a management decision about the rear wheel...

Looks like its coming together real nice.

I had this one I sold on the bay,still have two extra frames, my next MTB project is a Mongoose ATB with pro class rims.
