My theme came from the moon discs sitting in the corner next to the trailer wheels in the corner of my garage,and the love of early sixties style drag cars and the show cars of the day with the brilliant candy colors,everything else just falls into place.

Went to a swapmeet in Petaluma, sold a Schwinn roadbike and a 90 Redline BMX along with a bunch of Hot Wheels,Muscle Machines ect....made profit and was able to buy a Tremec 5 speed out of a 86 IROC for $250, now I need to decide if I want to convert to Hydraulic Clutch or mechanical....thoughts

I have been slowly trying to buy a 72 250 triple like this one, the owner is slow to sell, I just bug him every couple months.

I have held on to that sucker along time,I bought a rough stingray off craigslist 6 years ago just for the wheelie bar, its destined for my 66 Fastback whenever I get back to working on that one.

Just got my Modem replaced,here's a small update(like I said this will be a slow build) chopped up a vintage fork for the headtube, and modified the stem for my madness. Just need to weld it....and here's the piece off the stem getting drilled for the axle...(no laughing at my hi-tech drill...

As Far as mounting a shifter, I ended up using a hydraulic tractor control lever and made a little plate to hold it in place and just a self tapping screw. not the trickest mount but it worked, can't find the pic I was looking for but here's the shifter.
