Might be late 30s, but I don't think it is a '32. Balloon tires came out in '34 and most bikes before that were 28". That doesn't look like 26" wheels on a 28" frame

If you haven't seen member c.p.odom's hubs I encourage you to check them out. They are beautifully crafted, vintage inspired road and track hubs. I would never be able to afford a set but luckily he admires my work as much as I admire his. Check his stuff out here...

I struck a deal for my cut away hub collection with another member. As I was packing them up I decided the Model D was not worthy of the deal since it was mae with a less than stellar hub. I took the time to make a new one from a minty chrome skip tooth Model D.
