    BO15 Barracuda

    The bars have a stem bolt coming up from the bottom of the steer Tube. There is a wedge welded into the steer tube for alignment and a 5/16 washer Welded on the bottom to stop the stem bolt head From going up the tube.

    I had the same problem with the chain guard and the crank arm. This chain guard looks killer. So all I did was take the arm off and tighten the pedal down. Then I ground between 1/8 and 3/16 of the back side, and all was good. it did not affect the performance and was hardly noticable.

    Today I played around with cranks, chain rings and chain alignment. Ended up with a 165 crank and a 39 tooth chainring, which is all the frame will allow. I will see how it works when it all goes together.
