This past winter I bought a box of random bike parts. I saw this seat and thought I would never use it. I forgot about it until I found it in the barn.

I carried the Spaceliner frame back to the barn. Went to Home Depot for some supplies to mount the chain guard. Will probably stare at it a day or two and decide to pull it off. Initially I am not liking it.

I put a few miles on it as it is and it is a fun bike. Didn’t mention before it’s a two speed. I want to come up with more than throw a couple parts on and call it done. That was the problem with the Spaceliner. I just wasn’t coming up with more.

2020 has not been very cooperative with me and this project has not got out of the “arts and crafts” phase. I have played around with the idea of making a metal tank and made a minimal investment on an english wheel but this has been a low priority.
