Don't under sell your abilitys I have only built one "rat" I just never seem to get the look. The rod part seems to work for me although the rat style I like better. The art seems to lie in the rat and the rod gets the mechanic. Both are good.

I like my 3 Manton & Smiths. Frame welds on this Chicago made bike.

I just put one on my Manton & Smith I kinda think it was in the longest cable position which is 1st I believe.

Jon I haven't been watching any builds this one is very cool! We have similar ideas.

Darn I'll be in the Dells with the grand kids. and the logistics of this ride are sweet no autos , trains or boats required to get there..... although I could have thrown the bike in the canoe and paddled to Batavia. I'm starting to round up parts for some trophy's so I may be parts begging soon.

Just make sure when this bike is done it isnt longer than your car:)
