16 inch bmx tires from the 70's are they worth saving?

Nice come up on the little pit bike.. I have a few myself but the best one of them all is my GT Jr Performer that I got on a four bike deal off craigslist. This one I built for myself and fun to ride..

I would clean it and fix it up. I think it's pretty cool looking. Send it my way if you don't want it.. Also like to have them wheels on the first picture you posted if you don't want them either.. By any chance you have a picture of the Headstrom bike you have or had.? Did it look like this one.?

    SHOW US YOUR WORKSMAN BICYCLE

One thing that I totally agree with you Rob is the tubular fork with the horizontal rear dropouts frame. Pretty much all my cruisers have Bmx tubular forks.. That's just me..

    SHOW US YOUR WORKSMAN BICYCLE

Well pretty much "not" all but some bike company's did have there share of differences on some parts or part on there frame designs and as we see in comparable issues with Colby's and my cruiser is the seat post clamp. But I to love these bikes despite the little changes. The Tijuana Grave...

Rob.. Wouldn't the seat post clamp be fixed to the frame if it's an earlier years.? As mine has the removable style seat post clamp compared to the blue frame that villageidiot has.? Man I hate to saying it like that.. That just doesn't sound proper.. Sorry Village.!!

Knowing me I might get another pair Naniwa forks in the future to put them on the cruiser. I could never leave things alone. This is how I got the cruiser when I bought it.

    SHOW US YOUR WORKSMAN BICYCLE

Yes they were. I took them off cuz I like the "Bmx" tube forks over stock ones. I have a pair of old blade forks on the shelf if I deside to change them out.

Wow I'm digging that color on that Worksman. I may paint my Worksman cruiser that color(maybe). I have the same style dropout frame but my frame has the removable seat post clamp..

The Old Lady gets her own thread......(Not a sewing adventure.)

Wow what a change on the "Ole Lady".!!! Personally I like the way it sits. As you mentioned just fix the annoying little issue it may have.. I like the patina and the off setting colors for whatever reason but it just flows. I have to say, Nice save and nice job you did on the "Ole Lady"
