He's doing a two-piece mold (per side) Notice how the light pod has an overhang? He has to make a separate mold section to pull off the front to accommodate that.

This might wind up in the "How To" section. This is a really great example of how to do it the RIGHT way! :cool2:

Hmm, that's subjective. Right now as it sits it's a nice beater. Ride it through some mud to dirty up those white walls? :crazy:
