That is true rat rodding ingenuity right there. If you can't find/afford just the right part for your build, no problem just build your own out of something else. I love it. Also I vote for ditching the plastic cover and building a custom one. It would be a shame to do all of that custom work...

Military Mountain Chopper

Nice looking frame. This is going to be a very good looking bike when it is done. I am really digging the super short rake on the head tube. That is something you just don't see much on chopper bikes.
