It's getting there. I have laced and trued the rear wheel with the 3 speed hub. I still need to fit the chain and the shifter. The rest of the stuff planned are small details, I just have to get it running so the deadline doesn't pass me up.

Time to update this thread. I haven't had the time I expected to have, but I'm getting there. Ordered a few parts, waiting on a chain and its taking some time to make these tires fit the fork. Still deciding on grips, but the handlebars and saddle are set for now.
