My '38 catalog shows that as a model BA 97 Double Bar Roadster. It shows it with cross braced bars and a Schwinn neck instead of the Wald #5 you have. Your bars and neck might be original to the bike though. Black was the standard color and red and blue were optional colors. Also shows it...

Now that's old. That's probably a carbide lamp. Don't blow yourself up using it...if you can even find carbide anymore. Gary

I love my Jiffy stands. I think the Jiffy stands were added later. I've never seen them on any brand of bike consistently. Heavy duty stands. Harley Davidson used Jiffy stands on their motorcycles. Gary
