50 Shades of Blue AKA HellCamino

Just take care about right chainring/cog ratio. I've got 21 teeth cog and 53 teeth chainring. I've tried also a 44 chainring but than I would not move on the first 2 gears, just pedaling without any advance

I've got similar setup on my Rollfast. A 26" 57mm wide rim and a nexus inter 8 hub. Works great, can go fast and climb steep hills[emoji41] Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk

Now the frame is out for primer, I'll have some time to Photoshop some ideas on the colour. And I have some difficulties on handlebars... what do you think a board tracker style, drag bar or some ape hangers? Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk

That's a really cool bike. Wish it would be easier (and cheaper) to get frames as cool as yours here in Spain.

today is a great day! It starts to look like a bicycle (i have to do a lot, put a BB, check all joints, clean and file everything nice), i could not resist to skip forward to the fork so I've brazed it really fast together just to see how it will look. I'll take a little brake on that...

Rear triangle time! I've messed up a bit the distances.... an the wheel is like 1.5 cm out of the line. Tomorrow I'll have to redo the brazing

Absolutely. It was going to be a nice smooth bike painted in grey and red. Think I'll decide about the colour scheme once it will have all pieces on it. [emoji1]

Autodesk sketch and Samsung note pen help a lot when you want to get an idea of how it would look like.

My gf told me the same thing... guess I'll have to search for someone who can do some airbrushing. (I'm no good at painting[emoji1] ) Something like that maybe?

It does remind me of the last Mad Max movie .... I came up with the idea before seeing it though.

Yeah that are schwalbe big Ben 28x2 tires. I'm used to wide rims and tires wider than 2" so for me that tires are thin. And the whole idea was to try building a 28" wheel cruiser that would look massive and go as fast as a road bicycle. That's why I'm using 1" crmo tubing (that does not bend...

Well.. now I know that's it fine for building a "normal" bicycle. And it a bit complicated to fit curved tubes in it. Anyway it's actually easy to use and pretty precise (I've build a road bike frame before)

Finally Ive managed to get my "curved" tubes done. Now it's time to miter and get them in my jig :)
