    90's GT Arette hybrid

My Brother and college roommate both had the early/mid 90’s Tequesta’s. They hammered the crud out those poor bikes. The frame was the only thing left standing for both of them. I’m pretty sure they had to replace all the computer after less than a year riding Anadel State park everyday. Great...

Well I’m not an engineer but you’ve basically put a cheater bar on the drop out of your forks and you’ve now, I don’t know how much but, definitely increased the torsional strain on your original forks little welds and you’ve stretched the original seat stays and lowered your center of gravity...

    Stoked!!!

Yeah and it’s crazy I really wanted to go all American when I started but quickly realized how out of touch I was. There was a time in the 90’s when Bullseye cranks hubs whatever would just sit in bike shops. Now people treat it like it’s the absolute cremé de la cremé. I mean it’s pretty rad...

Well that big burm has gone through about 4 variations as I’m really trying to figure out the flow...so now if you go counter-clockwise you come out of it with a pump, mini pump, mini-table top. Probably gonna build up the mini burm in-between the big burm and the mini-table... Pretty fun...

Making some progress! I had to widen and ease up on the 50 degree angle of the burm this morning. I’ve got 2 pump mounds that could do double duty as a double and it’s going faster than I thought because my dirt is really soft. A little worried about that but I’m having fun!

    Back yard pump track

Its getting dark, this is where I finished for the night. I’ve never done this but I’ve built skate ramps and ridden plenty of burms and jumps. I’m using my feet to compact like every 8-10 inches of dirt and then spraying with a light coat of water. If anybody else that has done this has some...

    Coaster brake blues

That’s super cool! I’ve done the wedge it in method in past. On this bike I needed the spacing to be narrowed by about 5 or so mm. I put the nuts just on the end of the axle then tightened both sides a little at a time. Seems to have worked and it tracks straight!
