UPDATED: With the 4th variant, it actually looks good too. Thanks for the idea guys  Limited by the color of the tires and rims (black), I still haven't decided on what combination to go for in regards to the color of the spokes and hubs. I'm just wondering if it matters to you guys...

:13: WHOA! This build is going to be insane! Now we are doubly intrigued! Btw, just to let you know you have fans here in the Philippines, the guys in my club will be watching this build for sure!

You have a nice collection of parts and looks like you almost have everything, you'll be done in no time. Those pipes would definitely look sweet lit up!

Seeing that the stripped fender and frame was too clean for my taste, I added faux aging and some grime to give it that darker aged look I wanted. I think the newer parts I'm going to install are going to look nice against these :-) Rat on!

You could be right, I just wish there was an ID of some sort. But this definitely couldn't be later than the 80's (maybe not even the 70's because of the style). Without the ID I'm guessing this could be made locally or from somewhere here in Asia. The Philippines definitely made American-styled...

I went rummaging thru my stash yesterday and saw this discarded fender. Might as well put it to good use. A little cutting, and now it's a bobbed fender! I wish it was a little pitted when I stripped the paint off to match the frame, but this will do. Mock-up with spare tires.

Thank you very much sir. It's true about learning a thing or two for every new build. Also, the community is very encouraging and just to be able to compete along with the pros is an honor in itself.

Yeah, these are great. I was able to use one of these in one of my klunker builds. I love how light and wide they are! :-)

Hi Kimberly, yeah I am excited to be a part of this build off. This frame might be newer given that I rescued it with a bunch of others from a junkpile. It still had plastic wrappings when I found it along with others. Story goes a bike shop from the 80's closed shop then dumped hundreds of...
