Thanks, I'm a sucker for the camel back style frames. I'm into prewar Hotrods so this is kinda my take on the bikes. I did the 33' Schwinn in my Avatar a few months earlier. Here's a pic.

Yeah, the no reach single bolt stem and flat square bars keep your hand position back that put them in the right spot for the banana seat....thanks!

I haven't been able to get her outside for any additional photos but her's my submittal I call Dad's Elgin. I believe it's a 1936 Motorbike. It was a fun winter project and had a good time engaging the kids. I'm excited for this years "park rides"!

It is different...my vision was based off 50's-60's Hot Rods. Find a 30's gem, and build it using 50's-60's parts. Speed/Power/Style/Flash was the objective. It's a bit raw.....but when you sit on it and grab the flat ape bars it feels like you should be in the pits doing a burnout. The...

Thanks...I say "Ugh" but I like seeing the transformation too. Although usually its my fingers that think otherwise. The color is a powdercoated RAL-8015. Its called Chestnut Brown. Depending on the light sometimes it looks brown...other times red. It's kinda oldtimey.....I'm happy with it.
