Thanks! I used a brass wire wheel on my drill. Works great for removing paint in the tight corners. For the tubes I used my dremel with a flapwheel.

Next step is the removal of the paint. Removing the paint I always do with Alabastine Super Afbijt (stripper). Over the years I have stripped a lot of frames with this stuff, never had any problems. Up to this time, the stripper does not have any effect on the paint. That is a setback...
