Custom high flange coaster brake hub

Velosteel does not make a high flange version. I am making them for sale and to match my existing front hubs. The first Velosteel high flange hub was made by Bikeguy (Guy) with the assistance of my friend and riveted hub expert Amir in Israel. I am taking a stock Velosteel and adding my own...

    Bike Swap Scores (for once)

cman, looking for all of that but it is all about knowing the details. This is much more difficult that spotting a balloon tire frame. This frame was especially tough as the powder coat was very thick. If it had been in original paint it would have sold before the swap even opened.

    Bike Swap Scores (for once)

Late For Dinner: This one seller had a row of six old road frames all with older powder coat paint jobs. All had a taped on sign: "Mystery Frames $100". I checked them one by one, the first five were all decent Euro frames from the 80's that would have sold in seconds at the height of the Fixie...

    Bike Swap Scores (for once)

The Cinelli is 62cm and too big for me so it will get flipped for a healthy profit. I do have a mens Wingbar frame waiting for a custom build with my own components. The girls wingbar will likely get a proper restoration since it is so complete.

    Bike Swap Scores (for once)

I had a good day at the local bike swap: Complete Girls Silverking Wingbar and a 1963 Cinelli Speciale Corsa frameset! Both stupid cheap!

Anyone use an English wheel to straighten out fenders?

DJ, I only took a few small dents out, no big deal. I do not even remember what I used. I have thought about making some aluminum fenders from scratch. In that case I will give a complete report.
