I'm glad you're OK. I had a similar experience 2 years ago. Luckily I landed without breaking any bones. I was in pain for 3 months however.

Those Voodoo dolls are sold here out of a gumball machine for 2$. Here are a couple of shots I took this evening. I'm waiting to add some more "meat" to it before posting it in the Gallery. I have to stop riding it and think of more stuff for it. :)

I posted an article about freewheel and cassete removal some time ago, it might help. http://www.howtofixbikes.ca/2007/08/how-to-remove-bicycle-cassette-or.html Unfortunately, if the freewheel turns freely in both directions, it's shot and needs to be replaced.

Thanks for the great feedback folks. Here it is with the rear fender done. This is the current over all look of the bike. Just added this little voodoo doll. The needles represent where I'm hurting right now except for the one in the heart. That one is a reminder to me. :)
