Thanks! I'm looking for the early Takagi "MX" stamped crank, in OG black, 28tpi, 180mm or longer. They came advertised in 7" and 7 1/2", these measurements I go by are from the center of the crank axle to the center of the pedal axle.

I'm not finished yet, still looking for the Takagi MX cranks and sprocket I really want but it's ready and rollin'. I built it with a mix of old used parts and some NOS stuff. Since I ride my cruisers so much I like things to run smooth so the hubs, bottom bracket and headset are all NOS packed...

I've got a Sachs Duomatic, Automatic, and single speed coaster hub. I've only used the Duomatic 2 speed kickback so far. It's great, super fun, lighter than the Bendix version but it doesn't brake/stop very well. I mean, it does....but not like my other coaster hubs.

Wow that is clean. It's already a nice time capsule strand cruiser in my eyes. 8) I'd swap the bars and grips for something more stylish and leave it alone. Cool bike!

Anyone know where(and what size) I can get an oil syringe that fits into the little oil nipple on these old Sachs hubs? Thanks!

What kind of device do you use to inject the oil into the fitting on the hub? It's not exactly a zerk/grease fitting...
