    Removing Tape Residue

I use a product called Un-Du. Used to find it at WalMart, but lately I have had to buy it online. Works great, but it is more expensive than the other products. What I like about it is that you can remove price stickers from book covers or other paper products with good results. Some garage sale...

    20'' Tornado

I have a unused box of those reflective tapes that were evidently sponsored by the Veterans of Foreign Wars. They are in sets with red tapes for the fenders and white for the handlebars.

    Picked these up...

Here is the Hiawatha boys frame I have. It says Cycovator on the chainguard. Needs a seat, chain, seatpost and wheels and tires. Paint isn't too bad. Could use a good detailing. http://i1125.photobucket.com/albums/l58 ... 1d713e.jpg

Nice finds. I think I have the same Hiawatha muscle bike frame in a boys version out there somewhere. You could swap all the parts over from the girls. I'll see if I can find it an post a photo.

No dart. I was familiar with the area and really like it here. Used to vacation down here when my kids were little.

    Old member - new location

Finally retired and got the heck outta boom town Williston, ND. Moved to the quiet little town of Ottertail, MN. May take months to get all my bikes and parts unpacked and sorted out.

    Looking for any Colson experts???

Post on the forum at thecabe.com. A guy who uses "fatbike" for a name can probably tell you everything you want to know.

Nice bike! Hidden springer makes it a 41 or 42 I believe.

    Am I chasing a ghost??

If you are looking for the least expensive, I would go with a Shimano 3 speed. I see there are some on evilbay for around $30. They are pretty rugged and seem to be very dependable.

    Am I chasing a ghost??

Another option would be a 2 speed Bendix manual or automatic. There seem to be quite a few of those around in 28 hole. Only 2 speeds instead of 3, but better than 1.

    Westminster,2 Spaceliners,Jaguar & 2 Stingrays

Re: Westminster by Simmons Hardware Is there just a single piece of tubing connecting the chain stays to the seat post and a flattened piece of tubing connecting the crank housing to the chain stays? That usually spells Monark to me.

General - Monark - cabin bike

Front rim looks correct, back wheel is considerably older I believe. Bike is same as a Monark Rocket it appears.

    Middle of nowhere, Iowa finds

Great haul. Hard to tell from the photo, but looks like the handlebars from the 20 inch may have had water in them at one time and then froze and split. See that a lot here in the frozen north.
