    Yeah it's heavy, but that's because the panels are 1/2" thick and 3/4" thick. The material is very flexible, so I had to use thicker material and box the frame to get rid of the flex. I'm hoping for less than 50, but even if I don't, that's still only a couple pounds heavier than the Beast...
