    Re: Stock Isn't - Progress made! The girls sprocket explains a lot. Im using a 26 tooth which would be 4 inches greater circumference. It doest hit anymore though I cut out quite a good chunk of it to move it up and then mount to the skirt guard. I still have to move the front mount down but...

    Re: Stock Isn't - Progress made! Ive been waiting to build it since I got it!!! How did you get the chainguard to fit over the sprocket and still fit the chain guard? Smaller sprocket? Got the hubs Rebuilt last night. Soaking a new chain in gas now, Rebuilding some pedals today as well.

    Re: Stock Isn't Got some new goodies in the mail today Thinking this sprocket will flow with the long tank better than the solid one was going to. Progress has been slow other than stripping the parts in the vinegar bath. Planning a Wedding takes an awful lot of time :)

    Re: Stock Isn't I wish I had Intensionally taken all those links apart :( I am missing a few pins completely and searched with a very strong magnet to try and find them in the bath. It's working great on everything else though.

    Re: Stock Isn't Quick pic of some of the at home work. Got some stuff out of the vinegar bath and a quick coat of rattle etch primer to keep the flash rust off until I get them to the shop for body and paint.

    Re: Stock Isn't Gave my chain a vinegar bath, and well I guess it was in to long. Probably better I did t end up trying to ride the chain though if the links were that bad but very frustrating nonetheless.

    White vinegar for rust removal?

    I just did this for the first time but was told to use lemon juice in it as well. I used 3 gal of white vinegar and 1.5 gal of lemon juice. After 3 days it took all the paint off an old elgin rack I wanted stripped. Also did a chain, dropstand, and kickstand worked wonderfully but yes pull it...
