A church about 15 miles from my house has a bicycle swap meet in their parking lot one Saturday a month. Maybe you could try that at your church? The church makes money on the space rent, and they have food for sale and a raffle.

I had one too. Are the wheels original? Mine had chrome steel wheels with high flange ACS hubs. Nice find!

Red Line was one of the higher end BMX bike brands. I think they started in the early 70's. In the 80's their 3 piece Flight cranks were just about the most popular cranks around.

Found this at an antique store, and had to have it. I believe it's from the mid 70's.

I went back at lunch to take another look. No chainguard, cranks look decent but frozen. Rear rack has a little piece at the back that is bent, but it looks like it could be taken off and repaired/replaced. And one of the fork legs that attach to the springs is bent. I think I'll pass I did...

A local antique mall has gotten a bunch of old bikes in. I believe the owner of the store is selling them. One is a Monark Firestone Super Cruiser-or what's left of one. Wheels are compeletly rusted, no front fender, rerar fender and rack are tweaked beyond saving. Tanks has a few rust holes...

Those sleds remind me of Chevy Chase in "Christmas Vacation".

I paid $80 for my wife's, but it had the tank, rack, and springer, off eBay, local pickup (south OC) about a year ago. I think I scored. I wouldn't go more than half that for one missing the rack and tank.

Mine doesn't have any holes for a headbadge, it had a sticker. The frames look identical though. Maybe rebranded? I know there aren't a lot out there.

Re: 1984 Haro Sport Oakley F1 grips, Dia-Compe brake and hinged seat post clamp, and Z-rims, should be worth a decent amount of coin. I'm surprised Steve hasn't chimed in yet!

Re: 1985 Haro Sport X2 on the coaster brake, most guys in freestyle ran a CB back then. Its cool to see the brake arm tab welded to the top of the chain stay.

For what it's worth, I saw a DK BMX bike at Walmart with chromoly main tubes and microdrive for $219 a few days ago.
