I had one sitting around for years I wanted to put on a bike. my problem was the long as steer tube length. I just recently got a frame to put it on; a Schwinn Link. All I had to add was a threadless bearing race and one inch spacer. I just wish it had that digger profile like the sting ray...

Looks good. Bikes like that always remind me of old military motorcycles. Would probably look good with moustach bars on it.

I'll probably try and get more pics at his place. I also glued on the BB cable guide from some crap huffy I parted out, the one on the other bike was riveted on.

I wish I had took more pictures, but it was a Huffy Cranbrook I had for a few years and couldn't figure out what to do with it; low rider, klunker, ???. I ran bmx wheels on it for a few days after I got it, it sat for whild before I converted it to freewheel and put some fliped bars on it. Long...

Mine was affordable. I had gotten my pain&suffering check from my scooter wreck. I wanted to not be out in the cold on the cranbrook and bus, with six coats on. A huge bonus is it's been between 52 and 67° since I got the car and mostly rain.

Meh...I like fenders, but I don't. Mostly on cruisers I like them, but I usually like those bobbed fenders...sometimes I'll just run the front on the back. If it's raining...I ride slow. I got one of dem New Albany CVPIs now, so I'll just drive that in the rain, instead.

All I do is let the chain sit in transmission fluid over night, rust free, and lubed, wipe off the excess, and done.

It might not, a srtaight six is pretty heavy. Even the 2.3 is about 10lbs or so lighter than the 5.0 both are a little over 300lbs fully dressed with fluids.

You could also always have whichever carb rejetted. You could get a 390, and if it's too much, have it downjetted some.

The chainstay is a good idea, I like it.
