I'd say Dyno Roadster. The frame i've been chasing for years but unfortunately, it looks like there are none here in Russia. Even tho i own one copy made by pacific cycles under 'eightball' brand, it is still NOT Dyno.

these frames are still available i some european webstores like classic-cycle.de have never seen two same or nearly the same versions of this frame-based bikes, it's always smth exclusive.

Thanks for the kind words, mates! this is KHE frame, the only cruiser frame made by this german bmx company. And to be pretty honest this "muscle bike" is the only muscle bike- looking bicycle here in St-Petersburg. At least i haven't seen more like this among all chopper and cruiser bikes :)
