I'm having problems finding the right headset to match up this fork to my Schwinn frame. All the threadless headsets that I've found are for smaller head tubes than a Schwinn. Any ideas?

I haven't had much time lately to work on my build. I have been painting some of the small parts though. Man do I miss the spray booth at my old job. I found an automotive paint color that's pretty close to the green on the fame in a raddlecan.

I've had these horn tank halves before I had the frame. So I was excided that I had them when I picked up the frame. I'm going to polish them the best I can and then spray then with some clear. Not sure what is the best clear coat in a raddle can for bare metal.
