    Tear drop trailer build

This is the sprint to the big finish, leaving for New Brunswick next Sunday and I still have a bunch of little and a few big things to do. I got busy in the past week and managed a few things. I did the screen for the door windows, my better half made some nice curtains and we bought a $30 air...

Re: COOLER CORONA It does look fast standing still. I think the great stance has something to do with it. Excellent work. :)

Rat style Hotwheels and other Kustoms

Here's a 1/72 WW1 German plane I did a while ago. Scratch built engine and gun. The kit was crap to begin with and to top it off only 2 pictures for reference of this plane anywhere on the net. It was a lot of fun. Btw, that's a Canadian nickel.

Rat style Hotwheels and other Kustoms

Compared to detailing a 1/72 model airplane, these things are huge. NIce paint job on those trucks Spokeshave. :)

    Tear drop trailer build

I started working on the project back in August last year. I haven't counted the hours but I am at about $2 000 in materials. This is better than getting a loan and a lot more fun. It will be paid for the moment I hook it up to the Highlander.

    Tear drop trailer build

Almost done and 2 weeks to go until vacation time. That darn newspaper resin thing was a bust. I had to fix a bunch of rough spots and it still looks like crap. I guess I'll have to bite the bullet at some point and sand the whole thing down with a belt sander and redo the paint. Maybe next...

    Lambretta Tv200 scooter

My daughter has a 2003 Honda Metro. That thing has went around the odometer 4 times and still runs like new on the original motor. She has a car now but doesn't want to get rid of it. I'm real happy about that because I take it out once and a while. :)

Rat style Hotwheels and other Kustoms

First you make your "rustspot" with flat black paint and then you add flat rust or brown colored paint making sure you leave some black around it. It creates the illusion of depth. I use a very small brush and magnifying glasses because I'm getting old. The "drip" is made with flat rust colored...
