Maybe small bits of hot glue then rub n buff them to look metalic? that way they could sit under lightly around the el wire?:soapbox:

I would vote the silver basecoat translucent red on top version. Worst case the red would 'sell' it to more people and gives you option of taped striping which is more easily found if you have any concerns about the pinstriping by hand.

What you loaded already looks to be neat and workmanlike. Do you have any ideas of styles of bike or trike you like already to prompt the rest of your frame?
