Vienlen Dank Herr Kingfish! Merry Christmas to all!

Been warm here in southeastern Mi. Out wearing cutoffs and running around bare foot. They say that it will be near 65 and rainy on Sunday, we will see. Was hoping to go snowboarding or skiing during the holiday.

I tried to meet up with some at Ann Arbor/Saline show in Michigan last year but didn't. Hope to meet up with some next year at the show.

I haven't met anyone face to face. I have talked to many on line have found them all to cool. Horse farmer, US56456712 up in way northern Mi, Flying Zombie, RatRod when I asked a question when I first became a member. I'm sure there are more, looking forward to meet others sometime in the future.

Hmmmm... 12 Rideable 6 repairable, no where close to being done. 1 that I totaled in a bike/car accident. That's all that come to mind for now. Perhaps I have too many?

There are no dumb questions. I work with University students now and so I tell them the only dumb question is the one not asked. These people who are on this site are the most helpful that I know of. All questions are handled nicely.

Like the forks, frame looks great too, so good luck with the build.

Love the front rack in the first photos. Bike looks good but I like things that are are red.

The second one would be an E-bike I could live with. But I could even live with it even if it wasn't an E-bike

They appear to be 20". I would love to find some 26" for my Spaceliner. I'm sure they are out there somewhere....

Photograph number 4 is the bike which reminds me the most of a dirt track racer. I also liked the the bike in photo 3 too. But they are all really nice looking bikes. Yes not perfect, but good enough. Like I said after 30 years of not speaking or writing German I admit to be rusty, just like...

Really a nice bike! Should be a great ride. I even like the paint job. Had one, sold it, now wish I didn't (sellers remorse)

Go with the red walls, red and black is a good combo. If you repaint to the blue the white walls would be the best bet. The only thing I would ditch would be the "turkey leg" brake levers or safety levers.

I must admit this has been most fun about old solex. FZ how about doing a thread on it? It might be away to get help! I like to see you getting it to run.

Hey FZ try speaking French to it. I have only seen one of these things in running condition in the U.S., seen tons of them in France running or barely running or not running at all.
