    Craigslist nightmares and dreams...

I like it, but is that how the fork supposed to be?

To be frank, you’ve been rocking it for a loooong minute. Tons of respect from me for what’s it’s worth

Good to know. Will search more diligently in the future. Honestly not a “weight weenie” per se, but you just can’t prop your steed on random things all of the time.

The fact that you could still buy one from a shop is a nearly miraculous feat. I’d have to source one from salvaging or web surfing.

    2016 Huffy Nel Lusso Cruisers

I know this is an old thread and frankly I’m doing some research, but that turn of phrase just made me spit out my beverage….bravo 🤣

That sounds like an awesome idea (the last sentence, that is) I’ve got some parts and an idea that’s been in my head for a few weeks now. This will literally be from the ground up. But I’m going to just wait for the next start date 😏

Wait, if you’re where I think you are I can imagine the market there being competitive. The cycling culture there has been established for decades as well as the kustom auto kulture.

What have you been riding lately?

Went out for a ride last night.

I dunno, I guess I’ve been lucky here. I’ve gotten a Takarav12-speed, a ‘93 Schwinn Hurricane (that I nodded), a ‘72 Raleigh Sprite among others. I guess it depends on the market and how much of a persnickety picker one can be…😀

Triple Threat Muscle Bike Voting Poll

It was a pleasure. I can’t wait for the next. Congratulations once more on some mind boggling examples of functional art. One love

Has anyone here followed their dream

Given the collaborations that have been going on between American and non-American companies “Made in the U.S.A.” is more of a slogan than anything. For example I’ve an ‘82 Schwinn Traveler with a Chicago badge…..that was made in Taiwan (Republic of China) by Giant. Either way it’s one of my...

Is lovelylowrider.com still a thing? I know bicycledesigner is still around but a lot of their inventory is sold out. I’d try the local FleaBay I mean EvilBay I mean EBay…

I’ve got a friend that lets me know when the thrift store near his house has some sweet deals (he sort of knows my various tastes). As a matter of fact, I feel obligated to build him a bike due to some of the sweet scores that I’ve acquired…

The next build off? Plans for the future

Grocery getters can be fun….😉. My personal fave to tweak, be it motorized or not.😁

Has anyone here followed their dream

The mobile service would be a supplemental/event item. It would be great advertising. I’d like to do a brick and mortar due to it being in one place that everyone can locate at all times. I’m in what I’d call a small city so familiarity with locations would be beneficial in my case. But as of...

Has anyone here followed their dream

That’s an idea that I’ve not considered. There are co-ops and shops in my metro area. There’s even an established bicycle/motorcycle/lawn mower/motor scooter repair shop not too far from the location that I have been watching. I get that ultimately being in a capitalist society one would have to...

I’m glad I’m not the only one that has considered such an idea. I see places that are small and vacant all of the time that would be perfect for the community surrounding it.
