Added a basket and lights, kroozie and Electra Donut bell. Got a little less than three bills in it now. It inspired me to get another big full fender bike for myself, my courier. So yeah i spent a lotta money on bikes this month lol
I’ve known for a while my 12 yr old was WAY too big for her Super 72 and a few weeks ago i found this on CL in Mesa AZ. Well worth the drive, super clean bike and she likes it!
Giving this a shot from my phone, last time i was really active here it was before the days of smartphones (well i didn’t have one anyway haha) and posting photos was a total pain. Here’s what followed me home Thursday!
I had a Walmart trailer for my daughter when she was little, pulled it with my dearly departed Electra Boney Finger. It did the job but wasn't "cool." Someday maybe I'll justify an Ikea trailer for my Electra Courier and of course the added expense of color matching everything haha
Been absent lately but the bug has bitten again....recently added a Bendix jockey shifter to the Lakester I bought a couple years ago, as well as some new bars....
and last week I bought my daughter a barely used Electra Peace (anyone want a purple Super 72?) And last but not least, three days...
Just bought one of these BRAND new on eBay from a guy in WA and I love it....five years after my Boney Finger was stolen. Gonna keep stock with a few accessories added, like lights, bell, and hub shiners....
Pulled the trigger and listed on CL over the weekend. Would love to see this go to a new home in AZ or SoCal....

Thanks, it's definitely a departure for me after shiny Electras (and a Felt)....I paid a bit more than I would have liked to but there were several other eBayers who wanted it too, I think there were 18 bids total? Kinda on the fence about which wheels I'll be using, either Worksman or Felt...
Here are some pics from the auction, loving this original paint and hand painted pinstripes and I want to keep it this way. The rest of the parts will be a mix of clean old parts (if I can find them) and some shiny new ones as well. Once I have the frame in hand I'll start buying a few things...
Just got this on eBay, should have it in a few weeks (did I outbid any RRB'ers?)....been wanting to build a motorized bike for a while but knew I didn't just wanna slap a kit and cheap black tank on just any old bike and the look of patina'd boardtrackers finally made me pull the...
