Not at all. I just did not see that damn minivan while checking my hubs rolling down the street. Damn car stood right there with the tailgate open. When I looked up it was right in front of me and I ran into it with about 20km/h. Found myself in the back of the car - no hurts at all but the fork...

Thanks a bunch! :) The brake levers a Tekro I think. Got them used on ebay. I just started pinstriping the lugs in gold - but pinstriping and tooooo much coffee don't get along so well - damn my hands were shaking. Came out okay anyway.

hey Tim, - tires are Continental TourRide 37-622 - 28 x 1 3/8 x 1 5/8 and the rims are somewhat cheap high profile aluminum rims powdercoated black - the crankset came with the bike when I found it. There is something engraved - but I dont remember - something like "SOLID" - I'm gonna check it...

judging from the large rear hub and the big wooden thing I guess it's an E-Bike a.k.a. Pedelec and the hide the batteries and electronics under the wood (plus maybe a seatpost).

Update: laced the rims - Sturmey Archer 3-Speed-Drumbrake in the back and SA Drumbrake up front. Looks Killer! Decided to change the black headset for a chrome one because my d.u.m.b.a.s.s. powdercoated the stem black - so there's not too much black in the front part of the bike. Handlebars...

That's nice of you - but I think I fell in love with that frame/fork-combo. IMHO its a kind of mix of BMX and early MTB. Gotta love it. Dang, I hate shipping companies. ;-) But wait - maybe I can make a deal with a friend of mine who's in the US-Army in germany - maybe we can work something out...

Well, I've never seen a bike like this over here. And as I'm into oldschool bikes this would be a great addition to the bikes I have - but from judging from the pics and guessing what I have to put into it - the shipping really kills the deal. I'm sorry. :(

You're welcome dude! It's more hobby than work - but I hope to sell some of them. Yeah, I worked for Pimpgarage a few years ago. Designed the frames and they built them. Also did some of their grafics work. But as they went out of business in 2008 and came back as PG-Bikes I stoped working...
