This will sound odd, but- mayonaise. The pinstriping on my Sebring was very sun-baked, would only come off in tiny bits, by heat, wd-40, decal remover, even the wheel referenced above, which oddly worked great on my older Sebring. :roll: Wife finally went out with some mayo, and five minutes...

Local cl had a "bike built for two' heading. Pic showed a Schwinn, so I emailed. No call back for several hours, and I figured I missed it. 7"15, they called, I was there by 7"45, and now have it in my garage. The good- Five speed, shifts well, front brake works well, one original seat...

I thought this idea was nuts, until I tried everything else to remove pinstriping on my car. By everything, I mean heat, WD, decal remover spray, the decal eraser for a drill. Then, I finally listened to the wife. Magic potion? Mayonaise. Let it sit a few minutes, and it let the striping go.

After managing to hang up my bikes and my lawn chairs in my one car garage for the winter, I avoided buying anything....for awhile. While in a local flea market with the wife, I saw a Pixie, in decent shape. With seven grandkids under 5, she agreed to the purchase quickly. $20. Just need...

Nice finds. I've been in Ichi's shop a couple of times, looking for items, and not come away disappointed- nut for the rear axle on the wife's Breeze, period pedals for my Typhoon, neither available at the big LBS, and a front fender for my Typhoon in the correct color, definately not to be...

My oldest son (A-stan, 2010-11), middle son (Iraq 2005-06, A-stan 2010-11), and me (Iraq, 2003), at the middle one's Basic Training Graduation. Missing is my son-in-law, Iraq, Kosovo, and in Berlin when the Wall came down. Thanks to all of our veterans. :)

I have Rugers in .40 and .38 for carry, and .22 for plinking. Mossberg and Higgins 12 gauges, and higgins single shot and Winchester pump .22s.

Speaking of sand in boots- Did you find a pair of size 9 hiking boots in the sand there? I lost a pair, while messing around with my brothers...in 1974. :lol: One of the things I miss about living in that area. :(

My cars, and my son's car. Seems to be a common thread, here. Red Lebaron is gone now, and the front of the white Sebring is now repaired. '04, '97, '96 Sebrings, and '91 Lebaron.

Shift cable is broken, but I did hang on to the shifter. Also pulled the bars, seat and post, fenders, and brakes. Odd thing, that rack looks so wrong on the Rollfast, but lines up great on my Speedster. I think it will be worth what I paid for the bike. :)

I bought this for the rack, and possibly the crank set, but before I break it down, is there any other 'worth' to it? Seems pretty generic. Shimano 3 speed, missing the external hub parts.
