its a jr or mini bmx race bike I think. It looks like those are just super skinny 20s (20x1 1/8) maybe. At least that's what it looks like. Ive sold a few in the past the are usually fairly desirable on ebay.

well is the polo jr a 20" bike or is it smaller? If its a 20 incher raising the banana seat up and using some ape hangers it should work.
