I was a wild eyed kid and a BMX racer. There aren't enough pages on the internet to list them all. I can say this: It's amazing that I am still alive and walking. Mostly just several broken ribs (including sternum), broken foot and lacerations. This doesn't include my motorcycle accidents.

A steam engine is just another word for BOMB. It might sound good on paper until you research what can happen. Otherwise, if you can pull it off, it might make an awesome "Steampunk".

With most spray paint jobs, it's important to remember spray paint is garbage. If you are using $200+ per gallon automotive paint with reducer, I think it's more important to go about doing it correctly. Bad bodywork is wasted paint. With rattlecan paint, there is no such thing as wasted...

We are all getting them from John C, who is a member, here. -Not really, but I just picked up a Hawthorne and I got it from him. He has plenty more old bikes, so you might want to give him a shout.

You can get it out in a few minutes with the vise grip trick. Grab it with some good quality vise grips -hard. Turn the frame upside down and you can probably get it out by hitting the vise grips directly with a hammer, close to where it is grabbing the post. I just had to do this a few days...
