As of now, it will be difficult for me to mill out more than just the one for this bike, but the thought has definitely crossed my mind to sell these. I've never made a mold but i'd love to try it out... are you more interested in something like that or another milled wood version?

Well I thought it was a tight enough fit to hold the vinegar after wedging the duct tape under the rivets but I looked at the seat before I left for work today and the vinegar drained and soaked the into the seat. I think trial two will leave the duct tape and leave vinegar soaked cotton balls...

One of my other thoughts was to strip the paint and just clear coat the frame... I assume that would be sort of a gloss grey... Have you guys seen anyone do that? If so how did it look?

That's a cool idea but I'm pretty sure it's been repainted at least once already. The paint has wrinkles in some areas... Did the 50s bikes come with flaws like that?
