Expanding on what abe lugo says, after a cleaned up 3d copy is made converting thatnto gcode a 3d cnc mill can runoff the parts in aluminum. If you do all the prep and findnamsmall shopnwillingnto work with you... You might be able to get them to do a small run for you. Trouble is your passion...

Back at it again:-)[ Start with a pile ofmbones Work together a design Than figure out how to make the pieces look like the design :-) Its now just a matter of cutting and welding all the pieces together. Normally i would just bend the complex radius for the downtube but i do not have...

I know this is an older message and i do sincerely hope you found the answers you were looking for:-)... But if you have not, i am just using a simple harbor freight roll bender for the longer sloping bends and a jd2 tubing bender for the tighter bends:-) Good luck with creating your designs! Rich

Re: "DragBike EXTREME" The bigger challenge with a duel shock system is finding shocks that are compatible with the rider and the type of frame. Making them yourself eliminates the comprimises you would have to make. Moped designs might work, though i have not researched them much. Interesting...

I would only be able to do 1 of the buildoffs. This one allows me more freedom in design and parts and also a bit more time. So a December to March time frame and an anything goes criteria is great for me. :) Rich
