Rat Rod bikes build off 12 #BLUESSICAL details, details, details. Some Guitar Keyes came in the mail. They gona be on that bike some how some way. We're putting the bike back together.

Did some re fabrication on the chain tension set up. used some disk brake mounts and some derailer gears to make it happen. way smoother.

Starting to make my music staff skirt guards. Using this shelfing unit I got from Home Depot. It's already Crome. So it should look cool. Have to do a lot of cutting to get the 10 pieces I need to make the staff on both sides.

Dual rear safety break in full affect. Made that out of some brake arms from some old hubs. Little welding drilling and grinding, I have a rear brake now.

Ok. We finally agreed on the lower bars. They look cooler. Also we took a rear fender and made 2 fenders out of one. Trying out seats now. Still a rear safety brake to make and a music staff

Finally got a chance to mess with some handle bars. Defiantly going with the ones in the first pic. Lower and cool. Had to some trimming to Make the thredless stem adaptor work. But I made it happen. Also had to cut the top cap a little. Also got the rear kick stand on. We are in roller form...

Rat Rod Bikes build off 12 #BLUESSICAL front dual disc has come to life and functions!!!! Had to get one of them eBay brake mounts for the left side. A little shimming, bending and twisting and its on. Used a reflector bracket to mount the adjuster and dual brake cable. Also some frame cable...

Those shoes be steal toe. Things get crazy in my shop. The rims are 42mm wide. They are wtb dobble wall mtb disk only wheels.

The Ratrodbikes.com build off 12 #BLUESSICAL is really coming to life. The front Dual disk brake hub is all set. I could not find a dual hub so I made one. Regular 6 bolt on the right side. Using this screw on adaptor for a rear hub. With a 6 bolt pattern. Making threads on the hub and drilling...

It actually drives on the left side. I got a reverse free wheel from a left side drive BMX.

That's shaping up to be a sweet ride. :thumbsup:
