This is looking good

Got the wheels all set. Just have to dig in loser parts pile for some tires. The S6 Schwinn tires. Also stuck on this 52 tooth front gear. With this suiside 3 speed shifter. Making headway.

So I have desired to sacrifice from loser lane this Hawthorn light weight. I have always wanted to make a simple board track racer. Going to make it a 3 speed. Using Schwinn wheels the 26x1-3/8 the S6 the odd ones.

Still in the brainstorming stage. Several parts bikes in that row. The green bike is a sterling. It's big cob together.

Those frames are so unique. I like what you're doing with the wheelie bar it follows the lines very nicely. :rockout:

I will get in on this build. It sounds fun. I will call my build loser lane. Only using bikes and parts from what you see in this pic. These are all the reject bikes from the new shop. That have got moved back into the old shop. That we now call loser lane. What to use? What to use? A light...

This is a great build. Those frames are so cool looking. I have used those brake mounts on other bikes before with good luck. Sometimes a little twisting turning and shimming is needed. But you can make it happen. You have made it this far. You know a rat trap springer would look cool. But...

Yes it is. I guess hiss bike should originally had a dial your ride on it. But it ended up with this one on it some how.

Yes it does lock in the front wheel. This was something I made myself. Took a little doing but I made it's happen. :rockout:

The tow bike. So much better now with disc brakes and freewheel rear.

I love this rusty Huffy cruiser. Rides so smooth.
