these were done pretty much 2 months ago except for one seatpost that was on backorder. i couldve made something, but i wanted everything to match. i finished 'em up this weekend. not super exciting, but i think the owner will be happy.

weather was nice yesterday so i could do some dirty work outside. i cut off the kickstand mount, chaingaurd mount tab, and 3 cable guides. cleaned & lightened up. not perfect, but this aint no show bike

the crank assy, headtube hardware, and a few other small bits are going to TN.

right now i only have 2 builds in my future after my present build - vintage style track bike - lowrider/chopper i do have more bikes that i could and may build. just dont know when i'll ever get around to 'em

i agree w/ ya that the bars look to wide, but they're still cool. if ya dont own a tube/pipe cutting tool go to yer local favorite hardware store and get one. its hard to say from the pic, but i bet if you cut 1 1/2 to 2 inches off each end off that bar youll be golden. of course of your gonna...

i used to use RED DEVIL ROCK&ROLL. it's good stuff but pricey. now i use LUCAS red&tacky #2 grease. available at most auto parts stores i guess. i use it on my motorpickles too. smooooth:cool2:

thanx guys. this is the last schwinn camelback i built a couple years ago. i still have it and its a blast to ride. the bike i biuld now will be kinda like this one, but more ruff street friendly and not as expensive. this frame was powdercoated and that new saddle was 100 clams.
